Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping time

Once your order ships, delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–12 business days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime using the "Track Your Order" link in our menu.

Shipping delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control (customs, carrier delays, weather) can affect delivery times. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out through our Contact page and we'll help track it down.
